Universal Memory Tool provides memory indexing, retrieval, and context support for LLM and agent workflows.

2. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful use or abuse of the service and infrastructure.
• No unauthorized access attempts.
• The deployment owner is responsible for submitted and stored content.

3. Data And Ownership

Users retain ownership of their own data, subject to the selected hosting and storage setup.

Service may be updated, modified, or temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or infrastructure changes.

5. Disclaimer And Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Martin Freund is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
